Q - How long will my carpet take to dry?

A - The carpet is left in a moist condition minimum drying time hours and not days.

Q - Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning?

A - Yes use clean  socks and use extreme caution when walking from moist carpet on to any hard surface.

Q - Do you move furniture?

A - Yes we move seated furniture (settees and chairs ) & tables etc, if there is a lot of heavy furniture freestanding units etc that live in certain positions we clean around.

When placing furniture back we use special foils etc under the legs.

Q - Should I move anything?

A - All breakables, small tables etc.

Q - How regular do I need to clean my carpets?

A - 12 months average use.

Q - How long will my upholstery take to dry?

A - Minimum drying time approximately 24 hours. (Protective floor coverings used when cleaning upholstery).

Q - How regular do I need to clean my upholstery?

A - 18 months average use.

Q - My carpet and upholstery are rather old should I replace them?

A - With the cost of replacing as expensive as it is to day, it is always best to find out the cleaning cost first, it is less costly and may make a world of difference.

Q - How do I pay?

A - Cheque or cash.

Q - Do you work at weekends?

A - Yes seven days a week.
